        Love the EFS Bootcamps!! The trainers know their stuff, are fun and challenging. They will adjust to whatever your fitness level and quickly learn how to challenge you:-)

        I have trained here for several years. The trainers have been able to help me continue to get stronger and more fit even when I have experienced various injuries through the years. Our kids have worked out here as well through the years and gained speed and strength! I appreciate the variety of workouts in the bootcamps and am grateful for Explosion.
