Cant emphasize enough how appreciative I am of the people at the printing center. Not only did they print my rush order within 20 minutes, but also went above and beyond with cutting to size, laminating, and trimming again. My company was on a serious time crunch with this project, and staples made it happen. I didnt get her name, but I am endlessly thankful for her hard work and care.

The only reason Im taking the time to write this review is to commend Dale at printing services for his outstanding customer service. Staples online ordering is such a mess. Our business card order from a week ago was delayed and the courier delivery was canceled. This wasnt the local stores fault, and yet he went out of his way to make sure we received our order. Thanks Dale for your service!

Horrible customer service. Everyone was incredibly slow, there were 4 employees and one other customer in the store and it took forever to get help.

Awful no one to help on the printer. Waiting literally half an hour for help. *update: this is literally the last time I will ever go there. A lady was printing thousands of pages on the self checkout printer. At first I thought no one would be that rude to be printing thousands of sheets while people are waiting. You would think they would have sent it to the copy center behind the desk. The self checkout is for SMALL printing jobs.
