What an exceptional experience we had at The Dojo. Sensei Norcross as well as the other instructors and students were so welcoming and offered a friendly environment that emphasized on personal learning and growth. We traveled over 8 hours to visit, now having visited twice, and we can't wait to make this an annual trip. As someone who is aspiring to open a martial arts school of my own, The Dojo is an amazing place to visit and expand my views on other models of dojos.

A very warm, inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Sensei Norcross is an excellent teacher and his passion for the martial arts shows through his instruction and through his students. There is a constant, positive vibe throughout the Dojo including the training area and the other students. From classical techniques to a more modern day approach, the Dojo teaches students about various situations and how best to protect themselves and their loved ones while teaching students to have confidence. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient when teaching and they constantly give positive encouragement. Classes range from youth to adults which allows for anyone to find a comfortable fit while training which is also a great way to keep in shape. The Dojo does just about everything right that a martial arts student would want for a school. We traveled from 8 hours away to train here and every moment made the trip more than worth it, so much so that we plan to make this an annual event!

The Dojo is a great place to train. Knowledgeable teachers and practical self-defense that really works. I highly recommend it for kids and adults.

Fantastic self defense class today! We now have a group of Junior girls who are feeling even more confident about college. The team was very collaborative when organizing and the knowledge and expertise was evident during our time there!

I really enjoy training here. I have made good friends and have had an outlet for growth (and its also amazing to pound some bags when my work gets frustrating - nice place to check out from the daily grind).
Highly would recommend- especially if you want to learn a martial art that gives you tools for combat but doesnt completely break down the body over time. The instructors are seasoned and able to recognize common pitfalls that practitioners fall into inadvertently.
