Ricci has been awesome to work with as a contractor. In my line of work, oftentimes the way a person treats their vendors is a true reflection of who they are as a person compared to a front they put on for their customers. Ricci has been super responsive, courteous, helpful, dependable, and just does really great work - whether its color consultations or full-scale design work. It was such a pleasure working with Ricci! She was beyond patient with us and came up with such great ideas for us that we never would've come up with on our own. She was able to translate our visions, ideas and budget into a realistic plan while being so personable and genuine. From helping us negotiate great deals on furniture, to navigating through covid delays, Ricci far exceeded our expectations. We would recommend her in a heart beat!

Great experience! I just requested additional design services. I have used other designers however YDP and Ricci Jackson is exceptional! Ricci truly helped with the redecorating of my dining and living room. She asked a lot of very relevant questions which prompted me to really consider what I wanted. Ricci's goal is to help a client achieve the outcome they want. I never felt like I was being dictated to. Ricci made multiple suggestions which I really appreciated.
