Purchased: Liability for Ohio Veterans Outdoors, Inc. (a 501(c)(3) that takes wounded and disabled veterans hunting, fishing and on other outdoor experiences). Date: May 25, 2018 John worked hard to find us a policy that met our needs and didn't destroy our budget. John found numerous quotes, each one at a lower premium than the prior one until we got into our budget range. He took his time explaining differences in policies and coverage for someone like me - new to buying liability insurance for a non-profit. Overall, great experience and would recommend SFM.

SFM set me up with the Cincinnati Insurance Co. Over the years with a few claims they have really be good them. Hassle free and very prompt with their service. Thanks SFM for setting me up with them.

This agency is completely incompetent to handle any personal or business insurance. Staff is very condescending and unprofessional. It has taken hours to rectify a simple error which slipped through this agency twice before I caught it. It is in everyone's best interest to avoid this agency...
