Keely, Amanda and the Team are top notch! Very friendly and listen :) to their customers! It's also a actual office you can walk in vs. finding out your insurance is through some company in West Virginia

I've been an Allstate customer for home insurance for just under a year. During this year, I've had 3 rate increases totaling hundreds of dollars (32% increase). None of these three increases were explained before I was billed. However, that's not this agency's fault (that I know of).What is this agency's fault is how poorly they've dealt with me. Today, Kim Koman accidentally accidentally sent a message to me that she had intended to send to her colleague. In this message, she told me "how difficult [I] was to deal with", presumably because I inquired about each of my 2 previous rate increases.I am disappointed with how quickly I was categorized and dismissed.
