        I have been an Allstate customer for 25yrs and recently had some roof damage. its been 5 month and 11 different customer service reps reviewing only to tell me that the are only going to replace the front slopes. (I don't feel like a life well protected). I will be moving my HOME AUTO AND LIFE insurance to American Family! poor customer service at the cooperate level....
