Mary at check-in was great! She helped us when we got to the pool and found all the towels had been used. She also helped us with an extra bedding set, since we are a family of 5 and our boys wanted to be bunk-boys with the couch and trundle bed.
Positives: the hotel is CLEAN. We were impressed. The bedding is comfortable. The pool was CLEAN. The trundle bed was an awesome surprise, so that all three of our kids could have their own bed for once on a trip. Huge walk in closet. There is a microwave, full length mirror, and mini-fridge in the room.
Negatives: The bathroom door is a barn door on wheels, which is great for making more space. However, it has no locking mechanism. A latch on the inside would be nice, or maybe an additional door to the commode at least. Also, no hot tub. Bummer. But they're hard to find these days at hotels, and we knew there wasn't one in advance to booking.
