Great service, rooms was clean, pool was nice and warm, they even have a little basketball court out back.
My daughter got sick and needed new bedding at 2am. Front desk people responded quickly and kindly and for me new bedding asap.
Couldnt be happier to stop here on our long drive home!

Awesome staff. Great hotel. Was there for a soccer tournament and the front desk staff and manager were awesome. Would defiantly recommend. Location is close to highway and restaurants.

On Monday March 25th my company had a training held at Marriott downtown Indianapolis, IN. I checked in on March 25th and checked out March 28th, during my stay I I planned to spend a little more time up north for spring break to do some shopping and see my family since I dont get to do it very often do to my work schedule. I planned on going to Cincinnati and I believe I booked a room a room on March 27th for the Residence Inn Cincinnati Northeast/ Mason. I arrived in Cincinnati on the 28th. I really love the hotel and the area. I was really impressed in the cleanness. When I checked in I had a small issue with the front desk clerk but it worked itself out. My original dates were March 28th - March 30th, as I stated I really was impressed with the property and the cleanness. I decided to book an extra night to stay so my checkout date would now be Easter Sunday.
On the morning of check out I got up for breakfast, after eating breakfast I packed my things up and started loading my vehicle. I had a lot of things because I left a work trip and went on a small vacation. I checked out of my room before scheduled checkout time. It wasnt until I arrived home almost 3 hours later that I noticed I left my personal iron in the room. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and for personal vacations. I never ask for room services because Ive had things taking before so I keep my room cleaned myself and on my checkout day they can clean the room. I bring my personal iron from home every time. After noticing that I left my iron I called the hotel immediately 2:02 pm. I spoke with a lady who seemed helpful and stated she would call me back but never did later on when no one returned my call about finding my iron I called again at 7:00 pm and spoke with another staff member. She did in fact call me back but did not find my iron. When I checked out the iron was on the countertop which means if its gone a staff member had to take it and place it some or steal it, Im not sure. Its is my fault for leaving my items but your think your staff would show a little more respect then to just take something that was left. Im very disappointed that this happen. As I stated I loved my stay, I would hate for it to be tainted by such act. I am willing to pay for shipping or whatever I need to get my belongings back. Thanks for your time.
