Tim and his team have been so helpful in setting it up, helping us with chemicals and treatment, and have answered all of our calls and emails. Don't go to the big box stores when you're buying a huge investment, go with trusted local and 35+ years of experience and support to our community! Love our new hot tub, how it works, and how Tim makes it easy and enjoyable for us!

We also try to return every voicemail we receive, but sometimes we get incorrect numbers in the messages.
