Tamara is amazing!! I had epidurals with my previous 3 pregnancies but really wanted to try and have an unmedicated birth this time around. She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and gave me all the tools I needed throughout my pregnancy. She checked in every week to see how I was doing and to offer tips and advice and was super responsive anytime I reached out with questions. My actual labor progressed so fast that I doubted whether I could get through it unmedicated but she was so calm and encouraging that I honestly dont think I could have done it if she wasnt there! I would hire her again in a heartbeat!!

Tamara was wonderful in assisting my home birth. She is kind, patient, and SO knowledgeable about the entire birth process. She would be the perfect doula for anybody in any birthing scenario. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking a birth doula!

Tamara was wonderful in supporting my husband and I throughout my entire pregnancy. She gave us all the tools we needed for me to have the birth I wanted. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to all expecting moms!

The best birth team! Tamara is supportive, kind, and knowledgeable. Tamara made sure to check in weekly and address any concerns through my pregnancy. There was no such thing as a dumb question or bothering when I would reach out to her. When my L&D didnt go as planned, Tamara was there for myself and my husband.
