I've been banking with GECU for 24+ years, I've had other financial institutions in that same time span. Any issues that have arisen were sorted, fast. They have protected me from fraudulent charges on my card. Seeing an issue of two charges in two cities more than 10 miles apart only minutes between charges. I received a call less than 10 minutes after, they denied the fraudulent charge, closed the credit account, opened a new one, reissued a new card. I truly feel my money is safe here, and they have been warm, friendly, and helpful every visit, every time. You're doing it right GECU, and that's why my family have stayed and will continue to stay with you.
