Dr. Clara Normanyo is the best! She listens and is so respectful of her patients. Our entire family goes to her now. For once, I feel like I have a partnership with my doctor. Our daughter became ill with covid, and Dr. Clara was very proactive in her care. I highly recommend her.

I would like to say first of all the Nurse practitioner's Sarah Mergy and Sarah Mason are amazing. We have been going there for awhile and my family looks forward to seeing those two if we have to go in for something. Secondly, their assistant are so friendly and welcome us everytime we walk in with a smile on there face. Now we go into why I rate them as a 3 star, it's hard to get a hold of someone to make an appointment or just answer a question we have. They put you on hold for a long time, even though you tired calling them 3 times..... Lastly, you call them to tell them that you don't need an appointment that was scheduled and it's marked as you missed it or no show, but you clearly talked with someone and they were going to pass on the message. That should not be held against a family if they called and told them that they didn't need it anymore. This office will turn you away if you are 5 to 10 mins late to getting a shot done because you don't have an appointment, so it's frustrating because they tell you up front that you can show up and they will get you in, but it's a lie. They will tell you they can't help you without an appointment. Don't get me wrong, the ladies can be nice, but they also can tell you they can't help you, when clearly I have been told that the assistant in the back have no problem doing a two minute shot and be on your way. I would recommend going to see the two NP and assistant, but plan on making appointments for everything.
