We hired Lauren Clouse to represent us in a family case. She helped us out so much with our case and kept us updated throughout the process until everything was take care of. I am so grateful for her passion, dedication and professionalism. She is very reliable, gets great results for you, is easy to work with and highly efficient. I admire her composure, work ethic and most of all her excellent representation. I highly recommend Lauren and will continue to use her services in the future.

I worked with Lauren a few times in the last two years, and each time she has provided nothing but exceptional service. She is timely in her responses and always kind. In one instance, she worked nonstop to read a contract that needed additional tweaking. In both cases, each time I called with a question, she moved the needle immediately. I will consistently recommend her to anyone that needs an attorney.

Do not recommend. Doesn't follow through and definitely does not care about her cases. I wish there was a way where we could bill lawyers that do not work. Stay away.

I used this attorney for my divorce in 2014. She continuously Billed me for every email, piece of paper, time on the phone...which is perfectly normal and fine. I paid ALL of it. It came time to take my ex back to court and she charged me another retainer fee of 750. Which again, I paid. She prepared the paperwork, which consisted of about 3 pages. We were supposed to go to court, but my ex and I worked it out on our own and I canceled the court date. After that, she never responded to my mails, also never sent me another bill (that one document did not cost 750 to prepare, so I'm currently waiting on my refund so I can go elsewhere)...she also informed me that she was as "too busy" to take "new" clients. Excuse me. But family court can go on continuously and this is NOT a new case. The fact that she calls existing clients new, doesn't return phone calls, and doesn't give refunds after you've already paid her for service which was not fully provided, gives her a low rating in my book. My case was very easy. I told her what to put in the decree and that's what we went with. No other attorneys were ever involved. But she stills manged to get a few thousand out of me!

Absolutely horrible!! Stay away!! She does not return phone calls! She got paid and did not do her part! She responded to me over 2 weeks later, apologizing saying she was busy and now on vacation. Almost 2 months later, still have not received a final bill or any retainer fee back. If you want someone to help assist and answer questions for you, she is not the one!
