Who says there is no such thing as customer service these days? From start to finish, working with the folks at Cincinnati EntryPoint was delightful. Suzy Carden really knows her stuff when it comes to entry doors and all the necessary hardware attendant thereto. She was kind, patient, professional, detail-oriented, quick to answer any questions, and often anticipated our questions before they were asked. We received absolutely top-notch personal and professional service. Even the installation of our new door was handled in a timely, professional and courteous manner. We so appreciated that Andre, our installer, showed up on time, was quick and professional, respectful of our time and our property, and left his workspace in our home clean and tidy. All with a smile on his face and in his voice. Truly a dream come true! I highly recommend Cincinnati EntryPoint to anyone who wants a quality product, outstanding customer service, and an all-around great experience.

We live in an older home with old doors. Over the course of the past 18 years, 3 other companies have tried and failed to solve our issues. Thankfully, I found Cincinnati EntryPoint. Instead of simply replacing what we had like all the others, they started over from scratch taking precise measurements, rebuilding the door frames, making sure the door colors matched the rooms and installing high quality air-tight doors. Our sales rep (Adam) and our installer (Brian) were wonderful to work with. Don't bother wasting your time with any other company. They are professional, experienced, and they do the job for a fair price. I never thought I would be excited about doors, but it's wonderful when you hire a company to do work in your home - and they actually exceed your expectations!

After getting some initial estimates around town, my wife and I made visit to Cincinnati EntryPoint's showroom. Adam showed us around and talked through the various features of their offering. We made our selections and scheduled a measure. All was done very professionally and timely. The cost was significantly less than other shops, and the door and installation were awesome. We have stone and mortar around the door trim, but they mated the new trim right against it. It looks as if it was the original. Great work and have recommended Cincinnati EntryPoint to anyone looking for a new door.
