        This has to be the MOST disorganized company I have EVER dealt with!! I have been TRYING to get an appointment for 2weeks and no one will return my call!! All I get is an email and with that I cant book! I really hate to leave bad reviews, but this one is truly due to my helping others.

        This is the place to go to if you want to use cannabis for medical reasons and actually get better. The staff at Lotus Health is extremely knowledgeable and wants whats best for the patient. If youre just looking for a card, I would get one of the numbers you find on telephone poles.

        Nothing more than a puppy mill and spoiled children. Dies NOT abide by HIPPA. NEGATIVE stars where available the OWNER TEAERA ROLAND deserves them. She is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and in it for the almighty buck. Dr. Pope would not return calls after 2 weeks, then the 5 min call turned into a bill to Lotus. My question was still unanswered & I tried to contact Lotus only to be met by RUDE and accusatory comments NOT HELPFUL. Never even answered my question. Teara has lied and is an awful owner!! Find another doctor do not use Lotus! You're only lining a rich snit with more of YOUR hard earned money so she can continue dismissing patient concerns & mistreating people. Incident reported to officials. DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. DOORS ALWAYS LOCKED. RUDE. AGGRESSIVE. Lies! Turn around and run!

      Hello Frank,We are so sorry you were not able to provide a valid Ohio ID nor were you able to provide valid address requirements for the state of Ohio as requested, and thus were not able to become a patient. We must follow the laws in Ohio despite the law inconvenience it can cause. We do wish you wellness.

      Hello Angie, We see how much you love to leave negative reviews for businesses, so we thank you for not leaving us out. We have spent hours on end answering your questions pertaining to the administrative issue caused by a patient choosing not to renew a state registration. Though this issue has nothing to do with our practice nor is our responsibility, all team members spent a copious amount of time explaining the issue as well as explaining the solution. Our doctor even took time to explain this administrative issue as well. We offered to return funds for services already completed and paid for. Though you feel differently, $89 spent by someone you know does not purchase the right to continuously abuse team members here at Lotus Health LLC. The owner does not stand for the abuse of the team, especially when everyone has gone above and beyond. We can and have explained this non Lotus Health related administrative issue, however we cannot comprehend it for you. We return calls, however cannot return 10-15 calls per week from one person answering the same administrative question continuously. This is due to patient care coming first. You are not a patient, so this may be the disconnect you are experiencing. We have asked you to stop harassing the team members here at Lotus, yet you continue to do so. With your type of criminal history, we must think of the safety of our team first, so we ask once again to please stop the harassment. We understood this meant a negative review was coming. We sincerely hope you are help to find the help you deserve.
