Literally no sense of urgency, 6 employees with 1 window open , the rest chatting in the back office , with the side door open , the waiting area is full packed as usual and the staff is rude and careless, worst ever , 55 minutes to transfer plate .

Worst ever experience with the lady whoever was serving on window 1 on 23 MAR2024 . The staff is really very unfriendly and have lots of attitude. For a non-native English speaker your attitude and slang doesn't make any sense. Just be humble and try to be supportive of the questions and the directions/services that you may provide. We are here only for license and not to possess any of your belongings or your personal time. It doesn't hurt to slow down your instructions and make it more understandable. It only brings a win-win to get the job done. I don't know what pleasure you guys get by making the non-natives feel so inferior. Get a life!

OMG the attitude of the staffs! They are super cold not friendly at all. Someone should put them all through some basic training of how to be polite and friendly towards other fellow humans. It's not like they are providing a free service - we are paying for the license. Worst BMV office ever.

Do not go here, they have no clue what theyre doing. The check in lady told me my title and proof of purchase wasnt what I needed. I needed a blue paper to get my new cars license plate. Called Hamilton BMV and they told me I had everything I needed! Wasted a good hour of my life at this worthless place
