All About Kids Childcare & Learning Center - Mason/Kings Mills

This daycare was just meh. So many teacher changes that you notice but are never quite notified about. Their camera system is a joke but as long as you remember what your child wore that day because thats the only way you will recognize them on the camera. They did help my daughter with potty training but they also did set her back also. Many times they just threw pull ups on her even though she had a change of clothes in her cubby. The final straw for me was the day that I got a call that my daughter had hit a teacher and was being sent home. When I arrived at the daycare they proceeded to tell me that my 3 year old daughter hit a teacher and was a danger to their staff. My daughter has never had a hitting problem. I wasnt shown not one incident of this hitting on their cameras. I just had to take their word for it. When I asked about the future, I was told that she could get sent home for it in the future again. As a working Mom, I cannot afford to keep leaving work because the daycare sees my 3 year old as a threat so I removed her from the daycare. Calling back afterwards to see if I can get the money that I paid for her to go to summer camp back and was told no. She didnt even start the summer camp yet but its okay cause the peace of mind that I will have while she is at a new daycare is priceless!

I love working for All About Kids in Kings Mills! My daughter attends daycare here as well and she has a blast! Her teachers are so nice and caring!
