Stopped in today to get a haircut, signed in online. That worked great. Walked up to the door and theres a sign that says cash only. As I rarely have cash I popped in and asked what the situation was - they told me its cash only and that the credit card system was down. Informed me I could go across the street to UDF or down to Kroger to hit the ATM. Interestingly enough, they had another sign taped to the door under the cash only one that said cash preferred. Makes me really wonder if theyre just trying to get out of paying credit card transaction fees by saying that the system is offline. Most customers are going to want to pay with a credit card. Better get this fixed, IF it really is broken. Very annoying to have to go to the ATM, and if its really down it should be posted on the Great Clips websitebut something tells me that it works just fine. Haircut and stylist were both decent.
