Not only was Phil proactive in contacting us about refinancing rates, but he also would work with us via text, email, phone call at all hours of the day to make sure every question was answered and we understood our options. Phil got us a great new rate and out of closing in record time (our two year-old sat through it!) and paying just $12 TOTAL.
