I'm not sure what happened but I checked in online and showed up to checkin and found my name not on the list. I was told that NOW your name falls off 20 mins after your "quoted" time. So now I've been sitting here for an additional hour and still have about 40 mins to go because of all the people checked in online ahead of me that have been on the list since I've been waiting, yet ironically, their names have not fallen off yet. I was always told you had at LEAST a 2 hour cushion before it fell off. So much for convenient and quick. I will definitely be finding another place to get my hair cut after this experience. This was absolutely ridiculous. As you can see from my previous post I have been coming here for over 5 years and I've never had an issue checking in online like this.
Below is no longer the case.
Casey was awesome!!! I showed her what I wanted and 15 mins later she was finished and i had a GREAT haircut. I was even done before my son. The staff there is awesome and always super friendly and accommodating for my family.
