Kenmore Place

Kenmore Place and Cooks Pointe are awful and such a joke. I have never been so dumbfounded on how a company can be so clueless. The staff and the property managers must not communicate because they both will give you a different answer when you ask them questions. We were hesitant already with the reviews about this place but after hands on dealing with these people we will be staying far away. So much money wasted on application fees. Now we know the red flags to look for in the future!

I have lived here for the past 8 months and Let me just say how beautiful and well kept this apartment complex is beyond any place I have ever lived. Most residents are respectful and well kept. The clubhouse and the welcoming you always feel and need in a home setting is always above and beyond. The maintenance guy Kyle is so willing and beyond of his job that it makes me living here and knowing if something is needed done its done in a respectful and timely matter. As for the office staff I have never had a staff so caring and willing to make sure when anything from just a simple hello hows everything going that its in the most genuine respect and way I have ever felt. I moved all the way cross the United States to take a job offer and my 1st look for a new home was Kenmore place and without hesitation I took it immediately after I toured the model with the manager Sara. Sara has always been extremely helpful and making sure that I made a great choice in moving and living here in marysville. Michelle the office woman is always so nice and helpful in all ways I have ever asked or needed. I want to say if you are genuinely looking for a nice well kept respectful place to live I would choose here. Again the staff Sara, Michelle Kyle are extremely nice and always helpful. Go see Sara if your looking for a place to live that you can genuinely call home no matter where you move from shes so acknowledge about the area the And the events that happened around the area. Thank you Kenmore Place for such a amazing place to call home and hiring the staff you have here to make sure all the needs and living are incredibly great. I cant wait to live here for many years to come.

I don't understand why any of these good reviews exist. This place looks great on the outside until they've got you in. It's all smiles until you're being bent over. And don't even let me get started on the bugs we had to deal with.
