        I had Harold's snake a drain in my basement 2 months ago & before they left they told me that they guarantee their work for 30 days. They said to call if I had any problems. I did have problems and have called several times. After they found out it was to redo the work, they quit returning my calls. I've been waiting for over a month for them to come back......
