      Shelley - you are absolutely right, sudden vision loss needs to be checked ASAP and our policy is to have the patient seen that day. We'll be looking into why it was scheduled for later in the week, rather than immediately, and correcting it. We're sorry for what your daughter is going through, and apologize for how it was handled on our end.
