It`s a big warning sign when you see people keep asking lot rent pricing and what it covers and no one answers the question. It is also obvious it is too high for the constant complaints on the roads, access abilities and over all up keep of the park. I have noticed many of these parks that are corporation or LLC based are really just looking for a monthly income that can be forced on tenants for their own profits. Be vary wary if a company does not post its rent brackets or people refuse to answer the basic question of price. It usually means its very high and they know they are over pricing. It also means they are not holding up their side of the contract by using that money to tend to the parks needs.

Ive lived her two years and its only getting worse not only the price of lot rent that was only 427.00 now thier raising it to 492.82 and they do nothing for the residence but hassel us about petty stupid stuff.The roads were mostly shot but they had less then half fixed last year and now thier dump trucks and loaders that prepairs thier empty lots for thier new trailors that office rents is tairing our roads up again and theyll make residence pay for it again.Thier snow plows plow us in and most these people are old and thats very dangerous.Thier trees tair up our roofs and our yards and we have to pick up after them.That office rents homes but residence are not allowed to they do not know how to run a mobile home park and even keep help in the office or thier maintenance man because they do not know how to treat employees either.Residence are fed up with thier crap and they do not have any of the special stuff they offer or say thgey do thier residence like thier comunity room they keep locked up and nothing in this park at all.They have some rulles for some people and none for others its a lousy park and an even worse management group running this place.
