        Billing is a nightmare!!! I am a veteran and there were issues at every turn. Got a bill for nearly $6000 that is still not completely settled despite months of working with the advocate. The only thing they kept telling me is that VA billing is very complicated. It is THEIR job to take care of this. Spent days and hours working on this. They have trouble with communication with the VA community. I am now traveling to get my needs met. I hope I never have to go there again. If you are vet and not getting what you need - I suggest going elsewhere. If there was a no star I would have chosen it.

        Had to go to the blue entrance not the main one this time. I even got online and filled everything out before I came in for my appointment.I still had to stop there and wait and talk to somebody. So it didn't make no sense in doing an online fill out when you still got to sit there and talk to them. They may get some answers out of it but you still have to wait . I figure you could Just let them know you're here and go to your doctor. So I wasted probably about an hour going online at home. But other than that the place is very nice very clean Doctors are great.

        Overall, it was an extremely good experience. The staff at Marion Hospital are excellent, and were very nice, very professional, and very good at keeping me calm and joking with me. The experience for me was much better than anything Ive ever had at Riverside or Dublin Methodist, or anywhere else to be honest. My doctor was very clear without freaking me out about the details of what needed to happen. Everybody kept me informed and was friendly every step of the way, you could tell they were really trying to help me with my anxiety by joking around. The doctor came in before surgery and introduced the anesthesiologist. He also confirmed where he was doing the surgery and he initialed it. Everybody who talked to me asked me to verify my name and date of birth everyone was extremely attentive. A++
