Not sure where all the negative reviews are comming from...my family and I have been going here for years and have had nothing but the best service! I've been to all the doctors here and have never had a problem, nothing but the best care. I would recommend to everyone.

All of the Drs are great but Dr Dollenmayer is the best. She takes her time with each patient and has a great personality.

Started new patient/customer here. On the list for my insurance. Bought $500.00 cost on top of what insurance paid for glasses. They don't sell motorcycle riding glasses, no problem I'll just get a copy of prescription and get em from Walmart because they sell motorcycle glasses. 3 months later I get my prescription in the mail. Ugh. Starting a 70 hour work week next week, needed to get missing little rubber nose piece fixed/ replaced. No got make appointment weeks out. Lady laughed and hung up on me. Terrible service, rude, rude people.

ETA: They called to let me know they are sending me a check for $35 for my inconvenience. My husband and I have both been patients here for many, many years. After the change in ownership and our recent visit, we are considering going elsewhere. Upon check in, we were verbally asked numerous health and medication questions in front of other patients. I was uncomfortable with that check in process. We were told there is an optional test we can have at a cost of $35 that ins. will NOT cover. We both declined the test. Once we went in, we were given the test anyway. A camera takes an image of your eye. It is my understanding this test takes the place of having your eyes dialated for a retina screening. After being told the aforementioned info, my husband agreed to the test. A retina screening is crucial for a diabetic and IS covered under insurance. It may fall under medical coverage but it should be covered for all diabetics. At checkout, we were told again our insurance would NOT cover the test because there wasn't a particular diagnosis involved. We paid the fee and left. After further discussion with each other, we realized we both had the same test, it just gets charged if you agree to it. At home, I verified our coverage and let the ofc. mgr, Vicki know it is covered. I had to ask her to submit it to insurance and explained to her IT IS COVERED. I received my EOB today confirming that. Costco charges $55 for a complete eye exam, including the retinal image/exam regardless of diabetec status.
