Gwen is an awesome teller! I am always glad when I come into the branch and see she is working. She helped my mother close out an old account today. Great customer service!

Worst bank in existence(as a whole, not branch). Atms are regularly down, wont take cash when you have cash, wont take specific styles of bills usually new fives, wont accept deposits ect. The ATMs may be 24hrs, but if you deposit after 1030, they count that as the next day, so if its Friday they will hold your check for till Tuesday. Once the check goes into the atm, there is no option to cancel or return said check. They charge up to 4 over draft fees per day(per transaction), so if youre over drafted and an auto payment of any amount goes through theyll charge you $35. Their online banking app doesnt show dates of charges and keeps things on pending for ever so its almost impossible to figure out whats being paid when. There is literally always an excuse as to why I cant get my money. Yeah my finances may be a mess, but they are for sure even worse banking with Chase. if I could give 0 stars I would. One star simply because a couple of the tellers are really nice and have to deal with how frustrated I get.

Benjamin K.W. provided great costumer service, especially to my son who went to look into opening his student account. Benjamin connected with him straight away and was knowledgeable about what was best for him.
