My mother has been an employee here for nearly 20 years as a driver for the company. The A/C in her delivery van has been out for over a month. It was supposed to get fixed while she was on vacation, however that appointment was cancelled to fix another vehicle that was apparently "higher priority". Now she is driving all over the MOV in 100 degree weather with no A/C.

Not only are the parts junk, so is their warranty and customer service. I have been trying for over a month now to get the ball joints covered under warranty (now the upper control arms as well) because they are bad and it hasn't been 6 months since they were originally replaced. I was told the last 2 weeks they would be shipped to my house, still haven't received them so I call this morning only to be told that now they don't ship to your house and they won't cover under warranty until I bring the old ones back and they won't deal with me only to a shop unless I buy more and bring back the old ones. I have had the same issue with them on the power steering pumps, there have been 4 put on my truck since April...... all have been trash, whine almost from the time it was put on. Don't buy their junk.
