Mike arrived early and worked his butt off for 3 hours before he had to get the truck in and two other employees to help. But they finally got my old pump out. He could have given up and told me a needed a new well, but he didn't. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I would recommend Harper Well to anyone. And will not hesitate to call them when needed. He saved the day!

Great company with wonderful service. I would recommend Harper Well and Pump to anyone. Quick, efficient, and reasonable prices. Mike was a lifesaver when we had an unexpected issue with our well pump.

My septic tank pump died and I didn't realize this until it was late (3pm) on a Sunday. I called Harper the same day and got a call back an hour later, and was asked for relevant details I could provide so they would know what they're walking into. Although they were busy on emergency calls on Sunday, they made the time to discuss my issues, then set me up for first call Monday morning. Replaced the pump, reterminated the electrical connections that were crusty, and the vertical pipe feed from the pump to leach field connect. All done within an hour, no hassles. They had everything with them to get this done. And the price was extremely reasonable. The two gents doing the work were very courteous and explained everything. Fantastic service and customer interaction!!
