Yarnell Tree Co Inc

I recently hired Yarnell Tree Co. for the second time to remove and trim trees around my home. They were quick to schedule and start the job that was to include bringing a lift to prune a large maple, however, they did not bring the lift. This happened the first time as well but I gave them a second chance. One of their workers did a nice job and was very attentive. The other two, including the foreman, were impolite and sloppy. The foreman dropped a tree into our perennial garden breaking several plants rather than wait for his helper to guide the tree. His response was, "they're perennials, they'll come back next year". Another worker was called to bring a lift but by the time he arrived I was upset with their lack of care and stopped them from doing the work. I also supplied wheelbarrows that they should have had with them to clean up a fallen tree. I'll be using a different tree service in the future.

Bill Yarnell has been taking care of all my Arborist needs for many years; on my 145 acre farm that I have turned into a Arboretum over my life time. From Tree Removal, Cabling, Insect and disease management, root strangulation and general consulting Yarnell has done a great job. Completely Professional! On time, 9 very huge pines down and ground in less than 3 hours! Cleaned and raked the street, yard, neighbors yard, and even used a pitchfork to raise the lawn in the 3 spots they had protected! 5 of the trees were touching the house. Service: Tree removal
