        Very poor residential trash pickup service. When you complain, customer service refers to their contract with my city. They say they dont care if I you are happy, and that you have no choice but to use Rumpke. According to their contract with my city, they will pick up only limited plastic trash bags and bundled cardboard. Any trash that does not fit within this exact description will be left on your driveway. Not very green, and definitely not very flexible to the customers needs.
