OhioHealth Urgent Care Ontario

OhioHealth Urgent Care Ontario is always my first choice for quick health care for myself and my family. I know that people complain about not being able to walk in without calling first, but I actually like the fact that I dont have to sit for hours on end in a waiting room full of people. Ive never had a problem getting a same-day appointment, and I enjoy being able to walk right in and be seen immediately at my appointment time. The people who answer the phones and work at the front desk are always so friendly. The doctors and nurses are top notch, and they are especially great with my children! Im truly grateful for everyone who works there, and will continue to come here for years to come. Thank you!

Not to happy with what was supposed to be care sure they were quick in the beginning but then as we waited and waited AND WAITED ( mins you at this point we had already been sitting for over an hour) finally had to push the call button. My husband had them take the pointless iv out and then we waited another 10-15 mins with nothing so we packed up and left. They were very snobby when he asked them to take the iv out dude to be uncomfortable and hurting. She snapped back just know well be sticking you again if we need it. The doctor came in literally five minutes and didnt come back. So we were just treated like number basically, even with PRIVATE INSURANCE. We were the second car in the parking lot and when we left it was packed full. So what we just were shoved in the back room to suffer? Haha. Needless to say just because of this situation tonight my husband no longer trust medical personnel. They want you to think they are gonna help you but in reality we were just dollar signs.

In my time raising two boys we have had our tours of local urgent care facilities. We are to the point now that we always go to 4th street. They are thorough beyond belief, honest and the X-ray machine is right on site so you do not have to make a trip to another hospital for X-rays. Today my 19 year old sent an angle grinder to his bone on his finger. He said to me, dont worry, Ill go to 4th street in case they need an X-ray. He was triaged perfectly, patched up and given a follow up appt. This staff has made decisions for us that I never would have been able to make and they give amazing advice. Keep up the good work!!!
