Hi, Heidi Koser (I had to look through your other reviews to get your name). I'm sorry we weren't available to answer the phone when you called. We have a lot of clients and sometimes, we are all busy... ya know... "working"... and we can't pick up the phone. But, fortunately, we have voicemail. I'm not sure if you have heard of it -- it was invented in the late 1970s by Voice Message Exchange (according to Wikipedia). I went back and listened to my voicemails for the last couple of weeks and it appears you did not leave one. The way it usually works is when someone doesn't answer you leave a message and they call you back. I'm not sure if it's the same everywhere, but when we don't answer a pre-recorded messages actually explains how to do it, e.g. "...if you leave your number and a brief message, I'll get back to you as soon as I can." It's not complicated, you should give it a try sometime. Out of curiosity, I downloaded my call logs for the past month and search for your phone number (which I also got from your other Google reviews) and it appears we have no incoming calls from you. Maybe you dialed the wrong number? Or, maybe you used a different phone to call us. Based on the review you left Cell World last year, I wouldn't be surprised if they terminated your service. Regardless, sometimes when we miss a call it's a blessing... I think this might be one of those cases.
