        In the past I have gone to the big box stores for paint. On this day I chose the small SW store in Ontario (Mansfield), OH. The customer service was impeccable, a true example of how all retail transactions should be. The SW associate was friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable. I love SW paint and all of the trendsetting colors but she sold me on being a repeat customer at the Mansfield store. I will continue to shop there for my home improvement needs.         I have not been to the store for such a long time but it was very organized and the staff very friendly. We did find the paint we needed plus a special wallpaper.

        This store has the largest selection of wallpaper coverings out of any of the Sherwin-Williams I've been to. I just wanted to take all of the swatch books home hahaha Wallpaper projects are not easy, but if you do need wallpaper, definitely check the store out!
