Had to give a star to leave a comment... Fine then what are you going to give me for your rude employees and the damage done to my car by your employees putting a larger oil plug in my oil pan...Ya, I took it directly to the garage when I got back home from vacation and your employees caused more damage and I call to speak with you after having Andrew laugh saying they want the boss(HA-HA-HA) Then Josh a very rude man wouldn't give me the distinct Manger information, instead he hung up on me and I had to call back. Then I started to record the conversation with Andrew and to stop his mouth I informed him this call is being recorded then and ONLY then Andrew told me the owner doesn't give information out but he will be in Monday, Tuesday....Ya it's Tuesday today but the owner is sick Don't use this place go down the street and pay the homeless guy on the corner he'd do a better job and be grateful for the pay because this place and their employees are major F-UPS!!!! You were warned!!!!

These guys were so unprofessional. There were three guys working under the car hood at the same time trying to change my oil. They kept bumping into each other and giggling. They giggled so much that the younger guy told them to stop it and act professional. It ended up costing me almost $100. Since they giggled nonstop, Im going to take my car to another establishment to have the oil changed again. I just want to make sure that everything is in working order. Never again!!!!!!
