I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I normally dont leave reviews, and if I do: it is always anonymous. I have no problem in this case because the customer service is so atrocious that this wont get seen by or matter to them anyway. I have been on hold with billing for 5 hours without someone so much as answering the line. The front desk answered and transferred me to billing, which has resulted in a longer wait time. I cannot do the call back option, as I have done that multiple times in the past 2 weeks to no one calling back. Beyond that, the reason I am on the phone is because I paid my bill on the day of service, they pawned it off onto a debt collector (damaging my credit on top of being annoying), and are now trying to squeeze more payment. Over a service they claim not to be able to do. They did it and offered a service that I paid in full for (even the lab costs) and nobody is even trying to help get this sorted out. Beyond distasteful, and obnoxiously annoying.

This place is a joke. I am in nursing school and I just need simple documentation of vaccines and some test results and it's been nothing but trouble with them. Catherine Weathers was my provider and I got some tests done back in October and she has yet to interpret my results so I cannot submit my forms until she does. I needed a hepatitis b shot which is a series of three, they gave me one and said I was immune. They also told me that the meningitis shot I received a year ago was the same as a varicella shot, it is not. Varicella is for chicken pox and the meningitis shot is for meningitis. The immunization records they printed for me made very little sense and seemed like they entered the information in wrong (I double checked with another nurse who is competent enough to interpret them). As far as I am concerned Catherine Weathers has shown nothing but incompetence.

I was directed to this facility by insurance and so happy I was. Catherine weathers is amazing and pro active with helping her patients with what is best for them. I have never had a problem with scheduling or assistance. Highly recommend

Needed a new primary care provider as mine stopped taking my insurance. Phoned Dr. Stotz's office & was met with a very kind & capable receptionist who got me in right away. The doc is very thorough and caring & took all the time we needed to help me. I am very pleased with my visit.
