Orion Tree Services

I contacted them for a quote. They came out a week later to discuss the job. They quoted the job and said maybe the next day they would be back if not for sure by the end of the week. I called them three times and they wont return my calls. They have gone completely dark for no reason at all. Terrible customer service.

Awesome company! Will definitely be using again when we need more tree work! Very professional and responsive. Did great work cleaning up the trees, very knowledgeable about what we needed for our medium and large trees to keep them healthy and keep the yard safe. We had a couple of trees come down due to a heavy wet snow that affected everyone in the area. As busy as he was, Sonny at Orion Tree Service returned our call within minutes and had Mike out to our house within 15 minutes to assess the situation and provide an estimate. The crew arrived first thing the next morning, polite and knowledgeable, and were expedient and neat in their work. I would highly recommend Sonny and Orion Tree Service, as they made us feel like their most important customer on a day when they were very busy. Thank you so much!!
