When I called Hatz, I talked directly to the owner, Tim, who asked great questions and set himself up for success and a speedy, cost-effective visit. Tim and John handled 3 jobs in my home faster than I could have done a single job myself! Tim helped us understand his fix-it approach to all of our issues, and we are very happy with the results. Tim is the epitome of professional and knowledgeable. Tim examines the issue after arriving promptly and took the time to explain some of the quirks of the 100 year home we just recently purchased. We discussed what the varying options were and then had a recap on how to best move forward after the work was done, as the pipes and design itself are causing the issue.
