        Double check before you are upsold in to buying a foundation. Was told that a foundation was required to have a Tempur-Pedic mattress if you bed will rest on slats. Only afterward did I find out that this is definitely not true. The foundation is non-refundable and now I'm left to hire a service to dispose of the foundation.

        Purchased a mattress & base a few weeks ago, it was delivered this weekend! Joe helped us find the best fit within our budget. He is very knowledgeable about all things tempurpedic and provided great recommendations. Store was very clean. Staff was super friendly. 10/10 would recommend

        The shopping experience was fantastic and the staff (Chris) and store manager (Joe) were very helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions and we felt very happy about our purchase. Highly recommend these folks and we have had a Tempur-Pedic for years and they are worth every penny.

        The sales experience was fine but This delivery was marked by rude arrogant delivery people who did not properly sync both remotes to the bed. Further, they refused to remove all debris as the store sales person promised. One of them told me outright "I don't like you." They did not have the tools they needed. They were profoundly unprofessional. I want the remote properly synced as "white glove delivery " would indicate. As far as I am concerned, they havent completed delivery. I felt the response in the store in my presence was polite, yet lacked the urgency towards a customer, a senior citizen , who was so ill treated by the delivery staff. I ask for immediate service to connect and sync both remotes. Overall, the service STINKS.
