I can't recommend Heather enough! We met her through the animal rescue that we foster with and I should've known it would've been a match the day that she told me to message her when we were ready to move! We initially met with Heather in the fall when we were deciding between a few realtors in the area to work with. We needed someone to not only represent us as buyers but also as sellers, since we would be engulfed in both sides of the process simultaneously. The day of our meeting, Heather came in full of knowledge. She walked the house, told us things we would need to do before listing, she went over the process for what selling would look and be like, as well as what buying would look and be like. We went through all the questions that you could think of--and she ANSWERED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM and then some! We were honest with her about our top two fears: a) our house selling and us not finding a home we wanted to buy and b) us falling in love with a home and not being able to buy it because our house hadn't sold. Because at the end of the day, we didn't have to move, we just wanted to be in a bigger space, but not at the expense of being homeless or house-poor. Fast Forward to the New Year--We decided it was time to enter the market. Full of both fear and excitement! The first road bump came almost immediately when our initial lender verbally told us we were approved but was being vague in communicating and not putting anything in writing. I reached out to Heather in a full panic, because without a preapproval there's no reason to start looking at houses. She immediately connected us with a lender who was AMAZING! When we officially listed our house at the end of January, we had viewed every home on the market within the area and price point we wanted to be in and none of the houses were possible contenders for us. We had a hard conversation with Heather about the next steps, and what would happen if our fears came true. When I say this woman NEVER wavered, I mean it! Our house went pending in 36 hours! Our fear had officially became a reality--we thought at least! Heather reassured us that it would all work out, that our home hadn't seen our eyes yet. We expanded our search radius 5 minutes based off her advice and the very first house we looked at ended up being the one! Within 48 hours, we went from having our fears almost a reality to breathing out relief! As we approached closing on the purchase of our new home, we encountered a few major bumps. And these bumps are truly what sets this woman apart from every other realtor! She went to war for us after there was a major issue with the home we were purchasing. Heather is one of a kind! She is raw, she is energetic, she works hard, she is knowledgeable, she is dedicated, and above all, she wants the best for her clients! She never wavers, she fights hard, and she will get you the home of your dreams! If you need a realtor that isn't afraid to standup and fight for you, one that isn't afraid to be real and raw with you, one that will go to the ends of earth for you--you NEED Heather!

Brittney and her staff are very knowledgeable about the Loveland market, related technology, and real estate in general. Sarah and Danny Robben made our experience as first-time homebuyers stress-free and seamless! As we began to look at homes, Danny was a vital part of the showing process, and gave us invaluable information on all of the systems, structure, and finishes within each space; He was even able to give us an idea of items that may need to be serviced, or methods for replacement! We were so fortunate to have found Brittney when we were looking to sell our rental property in Ohio from across the country. She was so kind and helpful from the start, and treated us with so much respect and genuinely cared about helping us succeed in our task! She helped us to negotiate challenging logistics as we were not physically present in the area during the listing or selling process, and we were so thankful for all of her help, she truly went above and beyond. She responds to all questions very thoroughly and quickly. She was always available when we needed her, and she kept us continuously up to date on any activity or actions with our listing. It's easy to write an amazing review when everything goes seamlessly, but when you are at the closing table and the deal is truly falling apart because someone else dropped the ball and in comes Drew, literally with his cape on (have you seen the TikTok video??) to save the day!! What Drew did for our family speaks volumes about his character and BF Realty as a whole, they really do CARE! Drew could have easily stepped ASIDE as others did and watched the deal fold but instead he stepped IN and ensured the deal CLOSED! I have been through the home buying/selling process several times now between myself and a few of my children as well as my in-laws and I promise you, there is not a better realtor out than Drew and crew!! BF Realty is absolutely INCREDIBLE! From start to finish, they take care of you and do it from the heart!
