We used Smart Systems Technology because the original homeowner used it & we figured they would know the setup, wiring, etc.
After connecting the whole house audio system using our equipment, we were not getting sound from the speakers. We purchased an amplifier. It didnt help. Ted picked up the amplifier and was suppose to bring us another one. Every time his company was scheduled to come out, hed call the morning of (& sometimes wouldnt call) to reschedule. This went on for a few months.
Ted never installed the same or new amplifier nor did he reimburse us for the purchase price. We called & sent emails to no available.
Almost 10 years later, we contacted another company. Today the replaced a few speakers & installed an amplifier. The reason we werent
getting sound is because the wiring to the volume controls (which were already present when we purchased the house) were wired incorrectly and some wiring wasnt installed at the receiver properly.
After the new company corrected these mistakes, we heard music like never before. We are so happy the new company was willing to work with us & correct prior installation issues.
Im certain Ted has forgotten us since this occurred in 2012 but we havent forgotten him.
