This Kroger usually only has one staffed lane open. Today they had three people working that lane while every self service lane was flashing. They all saw what was happening but tried to pretend they didnt notice. When we approached the customer service desk, we were blown off with a , well get there when we can.
I waited for 5-10 minutes to get help. I will now drive to the nicer Kroger which is 5 minutes further from my house as they have a much wider selection and much better customer service.
The time I waste waiting at this Kroger for the staff who clearly doesnt care, will be saved by driving to the other Kroger 5 minutes further.
