        My daughter's boyfriend sent her flowers, and they were delivered from this florist, and when they arrived were half dead.  Before my daughter arrived home I called the florist and sent them pictures.  Nobody called me back.  I called and left another message, nobody called me back.  I called again today and talked to the manager and she argued with me that the flowers were not dead and had just not bloomed.  They were dead!  She offered no assistance.  DO NOT do business with this florist.  Very unprofessional and unkind.

        I love love love my bouquet!  Beautiful fresh flowers. It is best to order direct and not through 800 service. I talked with the manager and she was great.

        Disappointed. Wanted flowers for our 8 y o gynmast great granddaughter. Dark purple and varying shades of purple with a silver bow to represent the bling in her leo. Got All different shades - red, pinks, pale purples - no dark purple and no silver bling bow. Pretty, but nowhere near what I described. The order taker appeared t be a trainee. Had to keep repeating myself .
