        I was not happy with my experience. I was quoted a rate of $220-280 for restretching wrinkled / bubbled carpet throughout the second floor of my home, by phone, and scheduled an appointment. After the two men arrived onsite to do the job, they informed me that they would be doubling the price to nearly $600, but offered me a "discount" so that my total charge was $427. $427 for two men to complete about 60-90 minutes of work. The carpet restretching was technically completed correctly, but the workers left my house a mess. Furniture had been moved and not returned to its original location, scraps of carpet on the floor were not cleaned up, and my security system had been unplugged for some reason. When I contacted the company to complain about being overcharged and left with a mess, the owner of the company yelled at me. I was not happy with my experience. This felt like a shady bait and switch.
