I've used valentine and company for many years now- they handle all of my business taxes and personal. They are always very prompt and answer my questions with ease.

I don't know what this other review below is speaking of to give them a 1 star....Greg and his entire staff are fast, knowledgeable, personable and the best. I've been using them for 6 straight years and will continue to make it to 7 next year. By the way, they got me back nearly 3 grand today unexpectedly. Thanks Valentine & Co.

Filed taxes, got them back before filing with errors including a missed $3750 electric vehicle tax credit (that I provided correct form for along with W2s). Would have had to pay so much extra out of pocket. No apology or offer to help for the mistake besides redoing the tax return. After not replying to my email for 3 weeks and finally getting an answer 6 days before tax deadline, I still have not received my return to file (it is currently tax day). Will be late to pay taxes and likely get more fees (beyond the cost of paying for my taxes done here in the first place). Completely unacceptable service. Who knows what else was missed that I dont even know about. *UPDATE* they got it wrong AGAIN after I provided correct forms for them a second time. Didnt even read the text on the IRS form. On second try still would have lost $1250.
