one of the worst and least helpful realtors. promised a discount on rent after having to wait forever for maintentance to still not have it fully done amd never getting that discount.

Rebecca Bauer is the least professional while also the most passive aggressive person I have ever worked with in this industry. Terrible experience, and an awful person that should try not being so dishonest for once in her life. Who knows, she might accidentally have a good work interaction if she did.

I never leave a review, however I had such a great experience working with this company that I thought I should! I live out of state and purchase many properties throughout the country. Obviously this makes it extremely difficult to find knowledgeable & reputable brokers/agents to work with. Many times my purchases are sight unseen so I need someone honest, & trustworthy with my money! Ms. Bauer was excellent with communication during this entire process & had the knowledge of selling me multiple properties. Its a gamble working with people who live in a different state, however I was completely as ease working with her. Im glad I took the risk working with her & truly made a sound business investment.

Brought my friend to a home on Garfield Ave. A young guy came up and started being rude . He said he was going to call the cops on us. And said she wouldn't be able to afford it being on section 8.he said how is unemployment I said I work for a living . Told us to get off his property.i think this guy is bad for your business and I will be telling everyone about the lousy service she got .
