Tom has an awesome personality. Communication from start to finish was great. Tom was very knowledgeable of the situation. He troubleshot and had answers in minimal time. He displayed great patience while dealing with my home warranty folks and showed resilience when ducks weren't in a row. It was a genuine experience, no fluff, no extra sells pitches. He came in and did he job and it was "have a nice day". Passanisi is the place.
