This is a review regarding the two girls working on the morning of 4/8/24 (5;30 am) - see picture. Im not sure why they work here when they clearly dont like their job. They would rather talk to each other than engage with customers. Natalie (girl on the right) was walking around talking to the other lady, eating her chips, and drinking her water, and was extremely annoyed that she had to be interrupted to help customers out. Its like she wanted customers to use the self-checkout lane but we clearly needed help with other things. When checking out, Natalie told my wife, youre good vs thank you, or have a nice day. The other lady was rude to the other customer she had to help at the self-checkout as well. The majority of their parking here for truckers is reserved so youd think they could afford to hire friendlier staff. Weve never experienced such rude behavior from any pilot weve been to and we deliver across the entire United States. I will be sharing this with corporate as well since I know these are all independently operated.

Been here 3 times so far because of my wifes job. Brenda is always rude every time she checks us out!
