        Please be aware that this place can not accommodate the amount of clients they sell packages to. The only way you can tan here is by appointment only and they will not tell you that when they sell the package. Not to mention you have to schedule an appointment 1-2 weeks in advanced or you won't get an appointment. To me tanning should be a luxury and it felt more like a chore. I want to be able to walk in and tan when I have the free time not rush to make an appointment. I have a busy schedule and making appointments to tan just doesn't work for me. I was treated very disrespectfully most visits and I never felt welcome. Mainly by the blonde staff member. I understand that this is a growing facility but customers should not be lead to believe they can walk in and tan at their leisure. They should be told that they can only tan by appointment. No business should sell packages or services that they can't provide.

        The best tanning place! They have the most friendly employees working. The rooms and beds are always clean. Also the owner decorated the place super cute!

      Hey Cassie, we would have loved to talk to you about this issue before you posted your issues on our Google page. Thats never how issues get resolved. Like you said we are a new business and this is our 1st busy season. Things can change in an instant. We went from slow one week to booked solid overnight. I do apologize for any inconvenience or annoyance you had coming in. We have a great staff and they put up with alot. Maybe a bigger more franchised tanning salon is more up your alley.
